Michael H. Forecki
President
For more than 40 years, Mike Forecki has been practicing law, closing real estate transactions, examining title to property and clearing liens. He has owned and operated four successful title insurance companies throughout Western Wisconsin including Title One Premier Group, Inc. In 2024, he and his partner sold that company to all of the full-time employees, but he continues to act as President as well as underwriting and legal adviser.
Mike believes that an accurate and rapid process for the sale of and investment in real property is essential for a thriving economy, and he has strived to facilitate many thousands of those transactions over his legal career.
When he is not practicing law, Mike spends his time with his family or practicing golf, poetry and painting.
